One week till...

the Seaside School Half Marathon and I am super excited about it. I can't wait for the weekend to get here.

Half Marathon Prep

So I ran 12 miles this past Saturday...Which makes this half marathon coming up seem possible. I was actually starting to get a little anxious about the distance and needed a long run like this to settle me down. Now I'm feeling pretty confident about finishing and finishing with a respectable time. I'll be posting an update on the half soon after I finish.

Father Daughter Dance

The annual Father/Daughter Dance was this past Friday. As usual Isabel was so excited about going.

Ran My First 12K

I ran my first 12K this past Saturday. It was so cold when we got out there (28F) but it had started to warm up some by time the race was over. I was a little disappointed with my time (1:23:47) because I think I could have done better. I've had bronchitis this week so I am using that as my excuse. Looking forward to my half marathon which is in 3 weeks. Let the running continue!
