Softball Season Starts 2010

Isabel is playing for the American Little League this year. We decided that Upward wasn't quite competitive enough for Isabel. She's really enjoying herself this season and progressively getting better. Tonight she caught her first fly ball during a game. I couldn't be more proud of my girl!

Soccer Season Starts

Derick surprised us all and decided he wanted to play soccer this year. You could have knocked me over with a feather when he said he wanted to play. We've tried soccer with Derick in the past and it really didn't go so well. The season started a couple of weeks ago and boy was it chilly. Luckily warm weather is on the way!

Snow 2010

In February, Warner Vegas experienced a rare weather event...It snowed. And I don't mean a light dusting or sleet. I mean be fluffy flakes...4 or 5 inches worth.

Father/Daughter Dance 2010

At the end of January, Isabel's school hosted a father daughter dance. Isabel was so excited. She couldn't wait to go and had to be there as soon as they opened the doors. She looked so pretty that night.

Collin's Stroller Accident

On January 25, 2010, Collin had a little stroller accident. His stroller got pulled over by my in-law's dogs and Collin's face got up close and personal with the curb. We took him to the med-stop and eventually ended up at the hospital in order for him to have a CT Scan to make sure that there weren't any broken facial bones. Everything turned out alright but his face was really scrapped up and swollen for a day or two.

Upward Basketball 2010

Here are a few highlights from Derick's Upward Basketball season. He had such a good time this year. You can really tell how much he love basketball. Look forward to next year.
