Collin's Six Month Check-up

On Monday, Collin had his six month check-up...doesn't seem like it has been that long. I'm amazed at how time flies. At this visit, he weighed 19lb 13ozs and was 26.5 inches long. I'll provide more stats when we go back in March.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve finally arrived....The kids have been counting down the days for weeks. After doing a little house cleaning, we went to the Mabee's, then to church, and finally stopped by the Nations' for Christmas Eve dinner and presents. The kids were very excited about the gifts they got. Here are some pictures from our day!

Collin's First Veggie

Collin finally got to get a taste of something besides oatmeal and rice cereal this week. On the Oct 22, 2008, Collin got to try some green beans and he LOVED them. His sucked down a whole bowl full and acted like he wanted more. I hope the rest of the veggies will go down that easy.

Are You Ready For Some Football...

Well flag football that is. Derick spent this fall playing Upward flag football. The first game left alot to be desired for the spectators. We were a little worried how the next 7 games would be but it did get a little better. I think Derick's favorite part was playing center and playing defense. He liked to chase down other little kids and pull their flags.

Children of the Corn...

Maze. Today we all had the day off from school and work so we decided to take the kids to one of the local corn mazes. We all had a good time trampling through the mud after 4 days of clouds and rain.
