UM vs. OSU 2009

We traveled to Michigan to see one of the oldest rivalries in college football this past weekend. Chris, Derick, Carl (Chris's Dad) and I went to the Big House in Ann Arbor to see the University of Michigan take on Ohio State University. We couldn't have asked for better weather...it was a beautiful day. However, the day ended on a sad note because Michigan lost 21 to 10.

Halloween 2009

This Halloween Derick dressed up as Luigi (Super Mario Brothers). Isabel dressed up as Batgirl. And Collin dressed up as a pirate. My nephew Landon dressed up as Dale Jr. (Nascar) and my niece Abigail dressed up as a princess. This kids had so much fun trick-or-treating around the neighborhood even though is was a little cool and misty outside.

Summer/Fall Concert Series 2009

Chris and I got see Coldplay and U2 this year. We saw Coldplay in Atlanta and Charlotte, NC. U2 we saw in Atlanta and Las Vegas. Both were awesome shows.

First Day Of School 2009

Derick and Isabel started school on August the 4th this year. Derick is in 4th grade and Isabel is in second grade. They were both excited to get back to school after the summer break.

Pizza Night

We decided that for dinner we would have pizza....homemade pizza. We let the kids make their own. They had such a good time.
